pieces shipped within the united states are shipped through ups & usps and deliver in 2-3 days when available on hand. however when inventory is sold out your order will be preordered immediately.( allow for production time this will take 3-5 weeks) depending on quality of piece. all products outside of the united states are shipped through ups & usps and may take longer to arrive usually 1-2 weeks. plese be patient family, you will get your order .

RETURNS

Return Policy

All sales are final. For damaged or incorrect items, email astrogetic@gmail.com within the return window to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Process: Securely package the item, mark the RA number outside the package, and ship via a trackable method.
Shipping Cost: Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or wrongly sent.
Refunds/Exchanges: Approved items (subject to inspection) can be exchanged or refunded to the original payment method within 15 business days of receipt.
Exceptions: Personalized/custom items are non-returnable unless damaged.
